Step 1
Grab a spot on our calendar for a pre-trip planning chat. Once we have all the trip details, you agree to join the trip planning team, and we’ll send you a Travel Information Form. This will allow us to set you up in our system and start the research process.
Step 2
We’ll research itineraries that meet your needs and check availability. We’ll prepare a detailed proposal with 2-3 options to send over for your review.
Step 3
After reviewing the itinerary options, you’ll either notify us you’ve made a choice or of any changes you’d like to make. We’ll keep researching until we find exactly what you’re looking for.
Step 4
Once you approve of the itinerary, we will place your accommodations on a complimentary hold and send a credit card authorization to place a deposit on your dream trip.
